Job Overview

Kemco Facilities Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Night Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening janitorial operations and help ensure our facility is maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can supervise employees, maintain cleaning quality, assist with daily cleaning responsibilities when needed, and ensure all assigned work is completed properly and on schedule.

$500 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible new hires will receive a $500 sign-on bonus, paid as follows:

  • $100 upfront

  • $250 after 30 days

  • $150 after 90 days

Bonus payments are subject to continued employment and company eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist part-time night janitorial employees.

  • Assign cleaning duties and ensure all areas are properly staffed.

  • Inspect completed work to ensure Kemco and client standards are met.

  • Assist with cleaning duties as needed to ensure all work is completed.

  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.

  • Train and support new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements.

  • Ensure cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment are properly used and stored.

  • Communicate staffing, maintenance, supply, or performance concerns to management.

  • Address cleaning deficiencies and resolve issues before the end of the shift.

  • Ensure employees follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a professional relationship with employees, customers, and client representatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Dependable and able to work scheduled evening/night hours.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial janitorial work.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

  • Ability to safely operate commercial cleaning equipment.

Compensation

Starting wage: $15.00 per hour

Plus a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.
