We are seeking a dependable and experienced Site Manager to oversee janitorial operations at a high-traffic casino property.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the daily success of the account, including employee supervision, staffing, scheduling, quality control, training, safety, supplies, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of keeping a casino clean, professional, and guest-ready at all times.

Compensation & Sign-On Bonus

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Eligible new hires will also receive a $300 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily janitorial operations throughout the casino property.

  • Supervise, train, and support janitorial employees.

  • Develop schedules and assign daily cleaning responsibilities.

  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure Kemco and client cleaning standards are met.

  • Ensure casino floors, restrooms, entrances, common areas, offices, employee areas, and other assigned spaces remain clean and guest-ready.

  • Respond quickly to spills, high-traffic conditions, special requests, and other cleaning needs.

  • Address cleaning deficiencies and ensure corrective work is completed.

  • Coordinate staffing coverage for call-outs and vacancies.

  • Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, PPE, and equipment.

  • Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.

  • Monitor supply usage and assist with controlling site costs.

  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, and timekeeping.

  • Review employee time entries and address discrepancies.

  • Serve as Kemco's primary on-site contact for casino management.

  • Respond professionally and promptly to client concerns and requests.

  • Maintain required inspection, staffing, safety, and operational documentation.

  • Enforce Kemco and client safety policies and procedures.

  • Ensure employees comply with casino-specific security and access requirements.

  • Report employee, safety, staffing, or operational concerns to Kemco management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, environmental services, or facilities experience preferred.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly
